The hotel had very tasty and varied breakfasts. Clean and spacious room. I would like to thank Ali separately for helping with all the questions. And in general the staff is very responsive and friendly. Wonderful view from the hotel pool, plenty of sun loungers.

Everything was as expected :) We really liked this place, bed comfortable, bathroom with everything you need (water pressure could be better in shower, but this is always a challenge in hotels), cleaning did excellent job every day, wifi very good (with vpn activation even WhatsApp and FaceTime video calls were smooth), breakfast was ok, premium lounge could have a bit more variety of snacks. Laundry service excellent. All personal very kind.

Perfect location for a family retreat. Probably the only hotel on this side of Palm stretch without super loud bars and clubs outside. Hotel has its own part of a beach but it's way too small to acomodate everyone but luckily they have access to a beach nearby (5 min walk) that is much bigger and is not part of the "beach club" meaning that it's quiet. We had a studio room which was amazing in terms of having own washing machine and large fridge so I would highly recommend it over any kind of "superior" rooms

About the personal, they were really nice, smiling, helpful. About the pool at the roof, everything was amazing, water was always cooling an there were lots of places to sit, personal always bring dry beach-towels. At the end the room was also amazing, clean and comfortable.

It’s was great location and good property just thing that not good is that it’s first hotel i saw that i need to pay advance even if i want to use to mini bar products where and in other hotel 99% the bill needs to be cleared at reception at night 2 o’clock i wanted to drink a beer from a mini and then for that also i have paid the person who came to unlock and forgot to tell this bullshit mini bar was closed and locked like there is gold inside i mean if the person is able to pay for the stay then obviously he/she is able to pay for the products used by them never seen a bullshit policy ever just payed and drank the beer after all this

Amazing hotel with very helpful staff. The beach is nice and not as crowded as people say – most of the crowd is usually at the rooftop pool. For breakfast I recommend coming early (between 7–9am), because after that it gets really busy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. A nice detail is that you can charge your phone with European plugs directly in the room. Another thoughtful touch: if you ask for no room service, they give you a voucher for a drink at the hotel bar. The main downside of the hotel is the wait for the elevators, but that really depends on the day. The location is excellent – The View at the Palm and Aura SkyPool are very close, and West Beach is just nearby with plenty of beach bars to choose from. Transport is also easy: taxis are always available, the ride to most places takes 10–15 minutes, prices are reasonable, and in the evening taxis are even cheaper. The gym is not very big, but it has enough equipment for a light workout, which is a nice addition. Overall, the hotel is definitely worth the price you pay. I had a great stay and will definitely be coming back next year.
